Account Verification

We verify your identity before your first withdrawal. You'll upload ID and a proof-of-address document once. This protects both your account and our record-keeping.

Data Retention

We keep your account data, transaction logs and deposit/withdrawal history for as long as your account is active plus five years for compliance and dispute resolution.

Yes. Log in, go to Settings > Account Details, and update your email or phone. We'll send a verification code to confirm the change. This update doesn't affect your withdrawal method unless you choose to change it.

If you believe a deposit or withdrawal was made in error, contact support within 14 days with your transaction ID. We'll review your account logs and either refund the amount or explain why the transaction is correct.

We process withdrawal requests within one hour of submission. Funds then return to your DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS account within 2-5 minutes. Bank delays may add extra time depending on your financial institution.
